Blast furnace (BF) is the most used equipment for production of iron in world. It charged mainly with metallurgical coke and ferrous materials. When descending inside BF, iron-bearing materials start reducing melting other burden This leads to formation so-called primary slags from which final slag formed as descend furnace. Each charge material has a unique effect on total composition BF slag. Herein, parts slag, originate ash pulverized coal, changes compositions properties are focused on. The global trend decrease use fossil-based carbon by replacing it bio-based coal. Ash coal eventually dissolve affecting its properties. purpose herein evaluate how when replaced biocoke charcoal.
